Tap at the brewery. A hazed golden yellow coloured pour with a a sticky white head. Aroma is dank hop, soft wheat, green apple, wheat, grass, lemon. Jolly rancher. Palate is sharp, tangy, clean highish carbonation. Flavour is composed of sharp lemon, lemon rind, green apple, clean sour, pils. Good.

Can from Geers. Hazy yellow, thin, white head. Aroma of passion fruit, starfruit, mandarin, coconut milk, yellow grapefruit, guava. Taste has sour starfruit & passionfruit with citric notes, soft sourdough maltiness and a wheaty aspect. Tart finish offering unripe yellow fruits and softly bitter grapefruity & floral hops. Medium body, slick texture, average carbonation. La Source once again showing their relevance!

Pours hazed yellow, medium sized white head. Scent is raw, rough hoppyness, lactic acid, lemon, malty, not very 'fresh ' though. Not in terms of age - rather due to the combination. It seems a bit 'sweaty' almost. Taste is tart, lemon acid, lactic acid, very dry. Hops really don't match on the tartness. Very dry, malty, sweaty. lactic acid finish. Not a big fan at all.

Clear to little cloudy blond yellow beer, small aery irregular white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: fruity, melons, juicy, citrus, tangerines, tropical fruits, very nice! MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: very sourish, lemony, fruity, acidic touch, little metallic, tangerines. Aftertaste: bitter, juicy, orange peel, nice stuff, tangerines, lovely beer!

Head gone in seconds, cold hazed big bubbled greenish golden beer. Pineapple, weyish, diary, asafoetida, wet mud, limepeel. Citrus-sour, sour apples, crabapples, buttermilk. Hop just delivers a dry, not-quite-bitterness. Lemon on the lips. Light body, fine Champenoise pearling, fruitslick. Again not half bad. La Source: definitely one of Belgium best newbies.
