Pours a lightly hazy, pale golden yellow, with big, frothy white head. Aroma is wine, wood, sour fruit, wild yeast. Flavors follow. Mouthfeel is fairly clean and crisp. Tasty and refreshing.

Draft at Churchkey. Sample pour is sexy.  Light haze over a yellow body and plenty of sticky white head.  Nose has some lemon, floral notes.  Pretty clean honestly.  Some vitamin C.  Light citrus.  Its deceptively simple.  The honey helps round things.  Lemon lime soda.  Grasses and dried herbs.  Floral.  Dry.  There is some salinity that helps with the body.  Tart.  Loooooong finish.  Its tight too.  Highly drinkable.  8 7 8.5 8 8
