Thanks JC. Big aroma of cinnamon, or maybe pumpkin spice. Touch of the sweet potato I think. Taste is the same, way too cinnamon spicy for me so not quite sure. Bit of sweetness too.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear orange gold with small off white head that lasts. The aroma is marshmallow, vanilla, spice. Slick body, just as advertised, sweet potato with good vanilla on it.

Ever so slightly hazy bright bronze coloured body with a brighter orange glow and a thinnish, single centimetre tall off-white head. Aroma of very sweet caramel and toffee with a good deal of canella, allspice and coriander seed with some cloves and especially nutmeg in the mix - quite potent with perhaps some specialty grains like squash and potatoes, if you say so (I don't think anyone could smell potatoes). Medium-bodied; Assertive sweet and very spicey flavours with canella and nutmeg by far the strongest with a good dose of caramelised sugars and a big dose of the specialty grains which taste more like squash than anything else. Aftertaste is deep and robust with a great balance of sweet and spicey with a good dose of malts and toffee that is full of flavour, but goes down quite easily and leaves the palate very subdued but flavourful. Overall, a nice beer that probably has done very well in the bottle in terms of muting the harsh flavours, but making the sugars more smooth and the spices are still strong and complex, but not astringent or pungent in the slightest bit. I sampled this twelve ounce bottle purchased from Knightly Spirits in Orlando, Florida (Orange Blossom Trail) on 01-October-2015 for US$1,99 when my oldest daughter hadn't quite turned three, sampled more than two years later a few days before heading back to Orlando (for the kids) on 28-April-2018, some 2,5~ years after the purchase.

Bottle pour into nonic pint glass from Redstone Liquors. Appearance is clear amber with mild sparkle, ephemeral coating of off-white head fading quickly to ring with no lacing. Aroma is caramel, candied sugar, sweet potato. Taste is sweet potato, caramel, candied sugar and cinnamon. Palate is medium-to-full bodied with thick, silky smooth texture, soft-to-average carbonation and sweet finish as taste. Overall, a nice sweet treat that feels fitting for the fall and for holiday celebrations.

Thanks Greg for sharing the bottle! Poured into a taster showing well filtered caramel yellow with a half a finger of clean white foam. The nose shows cinnamon and sweet potato. The palate is light bodied and moderately carbonated. Borderline cloying with flavors of cinnamon and light savory potato on the mid-palate.

Pumpkin pie, cinnamon rolls, super sweet potatos. Thick sweet potato and cinnamon mouth with a short finish. Very full body. Very interesting.

Bottle, thanks Wolff. A bit hazy copper with a medium head. Aroma of nutmeg, some cinnamon, fruit and light perfume. Similar taste, also hints of potatoes. Sweet and with a medium body. Not a bad one but really special.
Nice vanilla taste. Not overly sweet. Easy drinking.
