3/V/15 - 33cl bottle @ home - BB: V/2017 (2015-597) Thanks to Katie and Kevin for the bottle!
Clear reddish brown beer, crackling creamy beige head, little stable, falls down quickly, non adhesive. Aroma: very sweet, lots of dried fruits, ripe banana, caramel, brown sugar. MF: lots of carbon, medium body. Taste: some banana, bit sourish (from the carbonation?), pretty hoppy, bitter, dried fruits. Aftertaste: banana peel, caramel, yeasty touch, some cocoa powder, bitter and dry finish with some alcohol warming the throat.
