Fairly hazy golden orange with a small off white head. Aroma of elderflower, green (the colour) and soft funk. Flavour is moderate sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Sample of both 2013 and 2012 bottles at (Hopp)Kurtkeller 016: Cantillon-tastic 01 on 10/11/2014. Hazy orange-gold color with a medium foamy white head that diminishes steadily to a film. Short strings of lacing. Funky fruit and floral yeast in the nose. Light-bodied with a nice barnyard character and flavors of herbal yeast and lemons. The finish is funky with a citrusy aftertaste. Very good beer all around.
