Heavy apricot fruity and damn sour. While I prefer this fresh with more modest acidity this is still damn good!

Sample of both 2013 and 2012 bottles at (Hopp)Kurtkeller 016: Cantillon-tastic 01 on 10/11/2014. Pale orange color with tiny bubbles attached to the glass, and a medium thin foamy white head that recedes steadily to a film. Small patches of lacing on the glass. Aroma of funky fruit, yeast and wheat. Light-bodied with flavors of apricots, citrus, yeast and malt. The finish is fruity with an apricot and floral yeast aftertaste. Excellent beer all around.
