Solo, Really nice one, extremely smooth lambic and lots of typical ‘sweet’ grape flavors, fruity, dry, oak, so now it’s time for the chicken of the q

Yesterday. Light refreshing grape character, some citrus and some filmjölk lacto-character. Minerals and light funk. Very nice and refreshing after the heavy framboos offerings we had just before.

Bottle at home. Clear red with white head. Sour grain, hay, strawberry, cranberries, red grapes, old raspberries, jammy and minerallike. After a while, in the back I notice hops and bitterness like from blackberry leaves. Very lovely. Flinty and Cantillon HQ funk. Mild sour, quite a lot of fruity sweetness, light jammy and minerallike mouthfeel. Medium body and soft carbonation.
