Bottle. Clear pinkish/orange pour with an off white head. Grapefruit bouquet. Taste is fantastic with sour berry and vinous highlights. Loads of barrel characteristics. Champagne like carbonation. Good body and mouthfeel.

On tap at The Soverign. Clear red with medium pink head. Aroma is red grapes, medium body, low carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is tart cherry and red grapes

0,2l from tap at Ammutson. Reddish Bordeaux like color, medium big white head. Smells red wine, grapes, tannins, spices, oak, peppery. Very nice smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes of grapes, red wine, tannins, spices, peppery, oak. Finishes dry and light to medium sour with notes of red wine, tannins and grassy notes. Very nice one, very good to drink
