Bottle courtesy of Carl. Pours murky reddish brown with a creamy reddish white head that leaves lots of sticky lacing and trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is heavy fruity with sourdough bread, fleshy raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, grapes, moist soil, wood and lemon zest. Taste is sour, fruity and wooden. Mouthfeel is dry, tart, mouth-puckering and medium bodied. Finish is sour with sun ripe berries, leather, fruited vinegar and zest. Very heavy on both fruits, acidity and barrel complexity. Cool but a bit over the top. --- Beer merged from original tick of (collab with) De Garde Orviamo on 29 Jul 2016 at 19:49 - Score: 7. Bottle sample @ Troy’s Bday tasting @ Stein & Vine. Thanks Cory. Trouble brune, col fin beige.

Bottle thanks to Dustin. Pours a cloudy red orange with small off white head leaving spotty lacing. The aroma is strong raspberry and plum skin. Medium mouth, jammy, berries, plum, nice tartness, really enjoyed this one.
