Bottle shared at BBF13 thanks to Jmgreenuk. Pours hazy yellow with an off white head. Aroma of citrus and grapefruit. Flavour is light sweet and over moderate bitter. Light bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle from Cotteridge Wines, Birmingham. Poured a cloudy light amber with a thin broken white head. The aroma is yeast malt and a bit of barnyard. The flavour is medium to weak bitter with a hoppy yeast liqourice palate.

Bottle from Cotteridge Wines; clear golden pour with the thinnest of white heads, a feint whiff of fruity hop, taste has everything on a volume of 2, slight citrus slight malt on the edge of bitterness, stagnant carbonation, yeah I don’t like but didn’t drain pour because I’m a masochist.

Old Fountain. Cask. Almost clear gold beer, bubbly white head. Palate is light and dry, just a little carbonation. Dry thin pale malt. The Mosaic hops here are as thinly used as I have come across. The tropical fruit goodness is quite subtle here. Finishes dry and a little bitter. It’s okay but not really the best showcase of this great hop.
