Ystad Tasting (25/11/2023) - tart sour with notes of orchard fruit, wooden accents, fruit skin, nice acidity and medium body, tart lingering finish.

Heavy oxidised lambic nose. Lemon, green apples, horse blanket & dusty oxidation. Sour light fruity taste. Sour finish. Holds up ok.

bottle pours orange/yellow almost no foam at all soft, yet very sour . some fruityness. turns extremely sour in the back . one glass ( 20 cl ) was ’hard’ (yet pleasant ) to finish . probably the most sour thing i ever drank, hanssens experimental raspberry included ( ! )
