Vintage 2011. Alez tu mega winnie i owocowo. Uwielbiam te winno-octowe klimaty. pelno tu smaku beczki, owocow, tanin i kwaskowego octu winnego.

07.03.2015, 0,33l bottle (2011 vintage) @ home:
Small light amber fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is sour-ish dry, oak, thinner, bark, grass, alcohol, burnt caramel, mild vinegar, hay. Taste is sour-ish, mild vinegar, oak, sorrel, unripe berries, berry skin, minerals, raw rhubarb, soda powder, caramel. Medium bitterness, slightly acidic dry mouthfeel. Nice, but the aroma is kind of a turn-off...

Aus der Flasche (Version 2011) 2017-04 getrunken. Dieser schwarze, saure Traum wird stark durch seine 4 Jahre im Bourgogne Weinfass dominiert. Ich liebe das Zeug.

18-03-17 // bottle shared at Le Petit Belge, Wiesbaden. 2011 Reserva. Pours a deep mahagony brown dark beer. No head. Very intense nose, loads of sour and balsamic vinegar. Full bodied, taste of light sweet malts, medium to heavy sour notes, red fruits, cherry, oak, vineous notes. Different but great.

Botte sample at RB Best. 2012 vintage. Pours clear deep reddish brown, small beige head, decent lacing. Aroma is berries, acetone, lemons, more finger nail polish, some date. Flavor is medium sweet, medium tart, fairly funky and woody, loads of acetone and vinegar. Medium body. Huh. This was NOT the beer of the festival.
