64 oz. growler filled at the source 48 hours ago. Hazy bright gold type color. Aroma is fruity for a single hopped Simcoe. Mild rye also shows. Flavor is quite good (as I expected). Caramel malt is down played and balanced with the spicy rye. There is a slight perfume hint in the finish that keeps it from scoring over a 4.

(On tap @ Warpigs, Copenhagen, May 11/17) Pours a hazy deep gold with a small white head. Notes of herbal Simcoe, ripe fruit, leafy, with a crackery rye character to the body. Unfortunately the nose is much richer than the flavour, and the body is somewhat watery. Moderately bitter citrus pith and leafy finish. Soft carbonation. Doesnt really kick off, in comparison to some of their other hoppy stuff.
