[5/3/14] Draught sample at Copenhagen Beer Celebration. 3rd session. Hazy amber. Big honey aroma with some fruitiness. Sweet honey flavor with some fruitiness. Medium-bodied. Sweet and one dimensional.

Draught, pour into a small festival glass at Copenhagen Beer Celebration, session no. 3. Close to clear amber coloured body. Filmy layer at the surface. Honey sweet aroma. Likewise, the taste profile is sweet honey, wood, and little more. And even more honey to the ending. Rounded sweet mouth feel. Way too sweet. Drinkable as a slow sipper (Copenhagen 03.05.2014).

Sample at CBC 2014. Dark orange with a small white head. Aroma of honey, wood, some citrus and berries. The taste was sweet with honey, wood, citrus and with notes of berries. Drinkable but a bit odd.

Aroma has very strong honey notes - but at least it is pure honey and not artifical one. Flavour has very, very sweet honey notes. And almost nothing else, perhaps needs some more years in the Akvavit barrel. Basically a more liquid version of honey.

Draught @ 5th Borefts Beer Festival 2013, Brouwerij de Molen, Bodegraven, Netherlands. [ As Närke Mölska Nordic Braggot ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, mead - honey, wood, honey. Flavour is heavy sweet with a long duration, honey, sweet honey, light earthy honey. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20130927]
