At Borefts Beer Festival 2013. Dark amber with a lastingoff-white head. Aroma of honey, bees wax and fruit. Sweet and thick honey flavour, with fruity notes and a spicy and herbal touch for a little balance

Borefts Beer Festival 5. Day 1. Lightly hazy amber beer with a good pale cream coloured head. Smooth softish palate, a little dry. Sweetish honey . Mild citrus. Finishes semi dry. Very honey!

Clear amber colour, off-white head. Aroma of honey, quite sweet, caramel, light mint. Sweet honey flavour, caramel. Sweet honey finish, alcohol, caramel, forest honey. Light alcohol punch. Nice honey beer.

Small mediumlasting head. Aroma is sweet, honey, honey, honey, some heather and grass. Taste is very sweet, honey, heather, sugar, grass, oak. Slightly dry mouthfeel. Just way too sweet!

Cask at Borefts ’13, 27/09/13. Lightly hazed dark amber with a good sized off white covering. Nose carries a big honey punch, sugars, sweet smelling all round. Taste follows, all honey and sugar. Fullish body, soft carbonation, smooth on the palate. One dimensional - just to sweet and all honey the appearance and palate drag this one up !

From tap. Pours cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma is herbal and solid honey. Pollen. Sweet, herbal and solid honey. Smooth fruity and solid honey pollen into the finish.

Tap @ BBF ’13. Clear amber to brown color. Dense off white head. Aroma is full-on honey, sweet, with some alcohol retronasal. Flavor issweet, honey, alcohol. Strong alcohol feel. Rather full bodied. A bit too sweet, but I found it pleasant anyway.

Sampled @ Borefts 2013. Clear amber color, small off - white head. Aroma and taste are very sweet, with honey and something weird. Way too sweet, weird and not what I like at all. Average body and carbonation.
