Draught (6.2%) @ Pikkulintu
Aroma is totally overwhelmed by honey. But at least it is the real thing without any feeling of essence. Flavour is oversweet with honey and mostly nothing else. Perhaps some sugary tones and herbs in the background. Becomes rather sticky after some sips. 33 cl was way too much, I guess honey beers are good only when one cannot taste or feel the honey.

Clear amber colour, firm white head. Aroma of honey, lots of honey again, quite herbal. Light sweet flavour, malts, honey and herbs. Finish herbs and honey. Decent brew.

Draught (SMÖF 2013) - Copper with a foamy head. Honey, caramel and malt in the aroma. Sweet, malty and fruity taste with notes of caramel, spices and herbs. Rather unbalanced, yet drinkable.

27.09.2013, tap @ Borefts:
Small creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly sweet foresty, honey, heather, caramel, dark sugar, berries. Taste is slightly sweet and dry, heather, honey, leather, hay, grass, caramel, hints of forest berries. Little bitterness, slightly dry mouthfeel. Interesting at most.

Tap at Borefts ’13, 27/09/13. Lightly hazed dark amber with a moderately sized beige head. Nose carries a big honey waft, sugars, dark malts, light cake mix, bread dough. Taste is honey forward, toffee, honeycomb, sugars. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, smooth on the palate, sweet finish. Ok for the style, a little too sweet for me.

Borefts 2013 - Clear brown. Intense honey aroma. A floral honey taste that is too strong. Reminds me of medicine I had to take when I was ill.

Draught @ Borefts 2013. Clear orange to amber color, small off - white head. Very weird aroma and flavor of artificial something, vinegar and some kind of rotting fruit. Don’t like it at all.
