Draught at Borefts, 2013. Pretty dark orange color with a fine head. Aroma of honey, herbs, oranges. Cloying honey flavor, thick and syrupy, slightly medicinal. Nice but the nose is much better then the thick cloying taste.

Sampled draft @ Borefts 2013. Amber, clear with a white head. Nose is huge, super concentrated honey, flowers & forest touches. Taste is huge sweet wild honey upfront, thick, finishes with medicinal & bitter spices, lots of what apparently is spruce, taste spice’s finish as their other forest beer, bitter, lots of spices, to much, too medicinal, combined with the honey this feels way too much like a traditional medicinal drink for me. Sticky honey body. Interesting overall.

Draft at BBF13. Pours clear amber with a tan head. Aroma of honey, herbs and lavender. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Tap at Borefts 2013. Poured a deep mahogany with a frothy tan head. The aroma is rich roasted malt with some creamy caramel. The flavour is medium bitter with a rich liqourice malty chocolate palate. A super beer worth tracking down
