Bottle. Pours clear golden. Aroma of honey, apple, pear, herbs, dust, apparently this is prickly pear. Body is rather heavy, prickly pear, salty and herbal and plants, also honey, apple. Palate is sweet and herbal. Good.

Bottle. Pours whiskey colour. Nose is pear, prickly pear, apple, peach, honey. Palate is fruity pear, honey, citrus, orange. Beautifully light and fruity.

Amber. Aroma is prickly pear, honey, lime, Indian deodorant. Taste is sweet honey juice with fresh lime and prickly pear. Very fruity and nice. Medium drinkable. Quite heavy and oily. Good.

Thnx to trevor. Pours clear darker amber. Smell is very boozy, strong perfumed , mild honey taste is very sticky, sweet, boozy, apples, complex like a liquor. Not bad, but the fruitspikes make it very strange, almost astrigent, and the booze creates a rather undrinkable character.

375ml bottle from Beergium. Clear deep orangey-brown golden amber colour, no head and aroma of honey, woody, floral, vanilla, pear & apple hints, alcohol. Taste is mellow, sweet, nectary honey, floral, with prickly pear, dried fruits, alittle toffee, apple, caramel, woody & earthy, boozy. Syrupy mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, dry warming finish. Nicely sippable.
