Rueuze is our take on the traditional Belgian-style blend of lambics of different ages. We carefully select a number of oak barrels from our barrel warehouse that have been aging our sour blonde ale for anywhere from several months to several years and blend the beers together to what we find to be the ideal flavor. This is one complex beer. Notes of hay, barnyard funk, apricots and olives play wonderfully with the balanced acidity.

Pours unclear blonde. Small to medium, stable white head. Scent is mild, lactic acid, light woodyness. Taste is tart, lactic acid. Very mild in aroma, also not particularly intense in acidity. Fairly simple. Mild wood . Med carbo, bit astrigent.

Holds up relatively well! May actually be better than when it was fresh.

Lemon & plenty of minerals in the nose. Sour, fruity & tiny funky taste. Soft, slightly dry & tart mouth. Solid sour.

Bardzo nieintensywne, aromat slodkawy w odbiorze, w uscie juz lepiej, owocowa kwasnosc, troche jakby siana... beczki nie czuje
