Borefts 2013 - appearance of a white beer, pale blond and slightly hazy. Sour, yeasty aroma. Flavour is intensely sweet & sour like some kind of lemon sherbert.

Süß-saurer Antrunk, Federweisser. Auch im weiteren Verlauf wirkt das Getränk eher wie Federweisser als nach Bier, merkwürdig. 9/8/7/7//7

Draft at BBF13. Pours a nasty milky yellow with no head. Aroma of weeds, nettles and citrus. Flavour is light sweet and acidic. Light medium bodied with flat carbonation.

Tap at Borefts 2013. Poured a hazy light straw colour with no life at all. The aroma is of pear and honey. The flavour is weak sour with a super zesty grapefruit citrus fruit palate. Looks awful. Tastes rather good.
