On tap @ Borefts 2013. It does literally look like the dishwater after a meal for 5. pale grumsy and almost a bit lemonade like there its floating in the glass and it has a small sidestickibg and islandy white top. The nose has a really strange odor. I'm having a hard time identifying what I'm smelling here. Could it be that juice that's left in the can after emptying a can of chick peas? I actually think so. That combined with lemons, grains, and flour? I don't know! Think I kinda like it but I'm really not sure. I do like the sourness in the taste though. This has to be an Berliner weisse. A really gentle and soft sourness, lemons and line juices. Also a soft not to overdone graininess and there is the same kind of sourness you get in rhubarb. Surprisingly enjoyable this. Something I most definitely could drink quite a lot of. 27.09.2013

Hazy pale yellow colour, reminding of pear juice, white head. Aroma of apple, quite sour, citrus. Sour flavour, citrus, granny smith apples. Sour apple finish, lemon, hint of honey. Nice (but I prefered the raspberry one).

Borefts 5, Day 1. Very hazy, almost cloudy, pale gold beer. No real head. Palate is light and crisp and dry. Light lemony sourness. A whisper of sweetness underneath. Dry crisp finish. Something of a fresh air beer this, inoffensive.

Tap at Borefts ’13, 27/09/13. Hazed light yellow with no head akin to fresh pineapple juice. Nose is soured peach, apricot, apple core, light wood. Taste comprises light pineapple, fruit syrup, tarte fruit, straw, dank woody notes. Medium to light bodiment, fine carbonation, dry crisp finish. Didn’t get any honey from this one. Surely a Berliner or a light sour, not a fruit beer ???
