0,375l bottle at home. BB 26.06.2017. redish brown color, rather big white head. smells of berry notes, marzipan, bit funky, slight oak, bit acidic. nice smell. full body, bubbly carbonation. tastes of cherries, earthy, bit lactic, bit leathery, some marzipan, funk, citrus. finishes rather dry and medium sour with notes of cherries, citrus and some leathery notes. nice one overall, for me a bit too bubbly, rather on the dry side. not very cherry forward, more on the leathery side. good overall.

Bottle, exactly 5 years old. Very carbonated. Great mix between fruit and funk, a bit on the sour side. Yes!

375ml bottle from January 2017, consumed today December 2017. Beautiful rich clear pinky red colour in the glass, light pink head with nice lacing and retained throughout, turned cloudy when the remainder of the bottle was poured in. Aroma is full on ripe sour cherries and funky notes. Taste of ripe cherries, sour, tart, but some sweetness too, pleasant and inoffensive farmhouse notes, moderate to high acidity, more tart cherries in the finish. Light bodied and well carbonated. A sublime beer that has changed my opinion on fruit lambics and sours in general.
