Poured at Shelton Festival, hazy gold with medium white head. The aroma is citrus and grass. Medium body, grapefruit, grass, light finish, very good.

Cask halfpint at The Grill, Aberdeen. ABV 3.8%. Pale golden colour, white head. Toffee and citrus in the aroma. Citrussy flavour, decent bittering hops.

From a bottle ar our airbnb in Aberfoyle. Bought the bottle today at the brewery of Fyne Ales. Yellow color, white head. For the low abv a very good taste, aroma okay. A bit of citrus in the aftertaste.

Dec. ’16. On tap at Ma Che, Rome. Cask I believe, didn’t pay attention. It poured clear golden body with medium sized head. Aroma of honey and floral, malty, touched with fresh citrus hops. Flavor was moderately sweet malty, but also had a prominent citrus hop bitterish component, unlike most other golden ales. Medium bodied with moderately long bittersweet finish, both dry and malty. Well balanced, a pleasant golden ale which was neither complex nor even interesting to be honest but as a clean and flawless little brew it was effective for sure and deserves its score.

Bottle from Beer52. Slightly hazy gold with a thin white head and a little too much fizz. Peppery spice, lemon, hay, floral notes, oats. Dry, mildly bitter finish. Very drinkable, full of flavour, very refreshing, very more-ish. A super golden ale.

From cask at the 26th East Anglian Beer & Cider festival, Bury St Edmunds. Pours light gold with a small white head. Aroma of grapefruit, lime, grass and straw. Medium sweetness, and medium citrus bitterness. Light body, watery texture, soft carbonation. Finish is dry and citrus fruit.

Cask. Creamy White good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Light malty and moderate hoppy aroma. Light bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Creamy palate. Elegant and nice.
