Aroma of malt, caramel, toffee, raisins, slight dark fruits, some liquorice. Flavour is medium to heavy sweet with a light to moderate bittersweet finish. Just to sweet and uninteresting to me.

Roasted aroma and flavor with apple. Malty with some caramel and pear. Medium bodied. Tasty and a bit sweetish beer, maybe a bit average, but nice to drink.

750 ml unfiltered bottle sampled just at best before date. Clear (at least for the first 2/3 part of the bottle) amber body with a nice creamy beige head that disappears quite fast. Nice aroma of caramel malt, dry fruit, brown sugar and spicy Belgium yeast. Flavor is sweet caramel malt that balanced nice with the alcohol, brown sugar, dry fruit, spices and a hint of chocolate. Nice balanced body and good, long lasting aftertaste with sweet caramel and dry fruit. Really nice and the cellaring has probably done some good thing here.

25cl, best before 01.04.16. Lots of yeast sediment in the small bottle. The beer starts smooth and malty. Round. Fresh and smooth. A bit dusty, malt, hints of dried red fruits. Slightly dusty-malty in the aftertaste. Not too much bitterness, fresh, easy to drink.

330ml Bottle - Dark brown with some orangey tinges. Mince pies, fruitcake and spice in the aroma. Fruity and fairly rich taste with a slight sweetness and notes of fruitcake and Christmas pudding.
