0,75l bottle at home. Bottled 21.06.2017. dark red / bourdeaux like color, small pink head. smells of sour cherries, cherry juice, light oak, marzipan, nutty, some spices, very subtle funk. lovely smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes of sour cherries, oak, cherry juice, subtle funk, bit grassy, earthy, light marzipan, light cinnamon. finishes rather dry and light to medium sour with notes of sour cherries, cherry juice and some marzipan. very nice stuff, rather on the sour side, but overall very good one.
