Keg at Mikkeller Viktoriagade, CPH, 09/05/18. Lightly hazed golden orange with a think off white covering. Nose is prickly berries, bitter orange, ripe nectarine, light funk, straw. Taste comprises grassy bite, lemon rind, tarte peach, hay bale, grains, papaya, green berry must. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Decent funky saison.

[5/9/18] Draught at Mikkeller Bar Viktoriagade in Copenhagen. Hazy yellow. Peach, nectarine, fruity, lactic, a bit of vinegar, a bit floral, tart, juicy, medium-bodied. Really good.

Draught outside at Mikkeller Bar. Shared with Skinnyviking. Hazed orange coloured body. Naked on the surface, dotted spots on the glass. Moderate lemon and farmyard nose. Saison fruity tartness to the taste profile, hints of lemon and apricot. Fresh, mid-tart fruity ending. Decent. (Copenhagen 13.05.2018).

Mikk. Vic. Keg. Hazy gold, no head. Palate is light, dry, decent fine carbonation. Tart lemony citrus, light winey tang and modest sherbet. Peach? A touch but more than dominated by the lemon. Light dry finish. About as tart as I would want.
