Svart med lys brunt skum. Lykter mørk sjokolade, karamellfudge og lønnesirup. Søt og sjokoladebitter. Lønnesirup, mørk sjokolade og nøtter. Tykk. Middels lang.

Bottled 330ml. -Courtesy of Antonija, shared with her, Marko & hrabren, thanks! Pitch black coloured, minimal brownish head, maple and walnut in the nose. Dominant maple and walnut taste with notes of alcohol and cocoa. Slightly even burnt notes. Bit too sweet.

Bottle, huge thanks Antonija J.! Shared with Hrabren, Ogi and me. Extremely dark brown body, almost no head. Enormous aroma - maple and walnuts along with some cocoa/chocolate, pungent, light blueberry, creamy. Maple-dominated taste, huge walnuts (maybe pecans?), light chocolate, a bit too sweet, somewhat roasty, almost burnt near the finish, vague blueberry touch. Pleasant, even if the finish is a bit rough for my tastes. One of the better Noa versions!

0.33 l bottle thanks to Pliš who brought it from Valhalla. Shared with Ogi, Marko and her. Dark brown, reddish tint. Maple syrup, walnut, pecan, chocolate, burnt, cherry brandy, some alcohol. Sweet, chocolate cake, cocoa, pecan, sweet hot chocolate and maple syrup. A bit too sweet. Cherry and raspberry candy. Smooth, slick, medium body, moderate finish.

Aus der Flasche im 2021-11 getrunken. Bei diesen Stout ist der Name wieder mal sehr gut und treffend gewähl. Im Glas sind frisch gebackene Pancake Aromen zu entdecken. Dazu tolle Milchsokolade-Aromen. Am Gaumen ist es cremig weich und einfach eine flüssige Nachspeise. Super lecker!

Bottle at home. Pours black, nose is chocolate, caramel, treacle, nutty, maple syrup, taste is similar, salty, a little hot.

Draught @ Mikkeller Bar, Copenhagen. Sweet, syrupy and slightly roasty with some stuffy maple notes, cocoa and vanilla, hints of nutty notes. Not as good as the original.
