It’s fiercly bitter thanks to generous amounts of zeus, cascade and amarillo hops. But the bitterness is balanced by a large amber red body built by pilsener, caramel and münchener malts. The result is a beer that is interesting, but won’t wear out your taste buds. That’s ”sessionability”.

Can 330ml.Clear medium amber yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, caramel, vegetables, light moderate hoppy, orange - citrus, light fruity. Flavour is light to moderate moderate sweet with a average duration, vegetables, pale malt. Body is medium to light, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20130112]

Big offwhite head. Clear amber body with carbonation. Grainy, vaguely malty aroma, very faint. Dry-sweet fruity sugary papery taste. Mid-bodied. Mild, slightly empty mouthfeel. Dry fruity grainy papery aftertaste with spicy notes. It’s OK, but a bit weird. With the ingredients listed on the can it ought to taste a lot better than this. (0.33l can, Systembolaget, Charlottenberg.)

Bottle @ Berliner Weisse Takeover Ulfborg, 2013. Pours golden with a off white head. Dust, paper, syrup and grain. Thin and blah.

Can @ fonefan berliner weisse, cream ale multistate tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are malt, grass and hops.

Can @ FOneFan, 4.8%. Clear amber with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, caramel and fruit. Flavour is malt, caramel, medium sweet, hop, toasted and a little bitter.

300ml can shared with Finn. Close to clear amber coloured body with a two-finger white head fading to a tiny layer. Mid-sweet grainy nose. The taste brings dry, fruity hops. The aftertaste is dry with a mild bitter twist. Quite nice for a lager (session at Finns, Tromsø 02.01.2013).

Flaske 0,33l spandert av Rune under rateseanse i H9 2 Jan 13. Amber. OK luftig skum. Litt partikler. Søt fruktig aroma. Smaken er syrlig frukt. Tørr avslutning.

Amber colour with a small white head. Light hoppy nose together with some caramel malt. Moderate sweet and bitter. Medium light body. Fresh light hoppy flavour. Ok lawn mover lager. Or making dinner lager.
