Karaktär: Torr cider med tydligt stalliga inslag. Hög syra och viss tannin. Något örtig doft och med medellång eftersmak. Perfekt kompanjon till feta och salta fiskrätter eller till fläsk med senap och surkål. Eller Moules Frites.

(Bottle) Pale amber colour with foamy, white head. Fruity nose with red apples, citrus, pink grapefruit, herbs and funky yeast. Fruity, tart taste with notes of red apples, citrus, blood orange, oak wood, herbs and funky yeast. More than medium body, dry. Well balanced, with a geenrous acidity. Nice one.
