F: huge, white, good retention. C: clear, deep gold. A: malty, honey, candy, yeast, rose, hint of sweet fruitiness, raisin, dried fruits, dates, vanilla. T: malty, honey, grassy mild decent hops, toasty to sweet dried fruits, dates, oranges, candy sugar, coriander, medium body, average carbonated, very interesting BSA worth to try, 0,33l bottle from Match supermarket in Brussels.

Bottle from Masuyo. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates fairly quickly. Honey, biscuit with some light fruity esters. Almost like a chimay in a way. Sweet on the palate with the honey showing nicely. Some light grass character as well. Sweet finish with some light dryness. A classic Belgian beer.

Tap at RJ. Clear golden to amber colour. Stable white head. Aroma honeyish, caramel, soft German hoppiness. Seems somewhat sharp. Taste reveals assertive hopping with German noble hops, which balances the honeyish caramelly sweetness, seemingly slightly underattenuated. Overall the beer maintains balance, alcohol does not become bothersome. Moderate to full body, moderately drinkable. Low to moderate carbonation. Very good one.

SWING-TOP 33 CL. Clear dark amber, tan head. Light but pleasant Belgian Strong Aroma - malts, sesame toffee, a touch of fruit (apricot) and alcohol. Tastes unbalanced and sweet with naughty boiled vegetable touch, a hint of alcohol. Mediocre.

Bonito color miel, turbia. Miel es lo que lleva en la receta, y distingue también su sabor, espléndido. Aroma suave, no muy marcado y algo alcohólico. En boca muy agradable, con buen cuerpo, el trago deja pronto un gusto dulce en el paladar, bastante peculiar, en el que aparece esa miel en un conjunto que recuerda a un bizcocho borracho. Alcohol disimulado pero presente y final amargo. Notable.
