A hazy, orange beer with a hansom and big, quite dense and blond head. The nose is fructose and fruitfull, some sweetness, belgian fruits, nicely tropical, mandarin and also other citrusfruits. Taste is dryer than aroma, but not totally dry, nice fructose, mandarin, grapefruits and pine needles. The end is then more herbal. Good balance between the bitterness and sweetness. Medium bodied, slightly harsh carbonation, but still nice to drink. The label said that yeast is bottom fermenting, well that is not bothering at all, the good beer in the quite simple package.

Bouteille 33cl de HopDuvel. Col dominant blanc cassé sur une couleur orangée. Arôme est houblonné citronné avec encore un léger bouquet suret-brett, houblonnage à cru pour un nez assez sec ponctués par des notes de levure et léger citronné. Palais est malté, houblonné agréable (pour une fois) sur un léger profil pâle-cara, note d’agrumes; citronné et pamplemousse. Pas mauvaise, si on compare le tout à mes récentes expériences DM, mais reste néanmoins basique avec tjrs ce côté très M de par la levure.

Amber color, good white head, lace. Hoppy floral aroma. Medium-bodied. Fruity, some orange, piney hoppyness. Nice for sessions, on better half of De Molen IPAs.

Bottle @ ansjelaah. Hazy orange colour with a big off-white head. Smells fruity, fresh, grapefruit, hops, tropical fruits. Amazing. Tastes hoppy, sweet, bitter, tropical fruits... Great ipa. Medium body, soft carbo.

Bottle at Pigs Ear 2013. American pale ale good grapefruit. It’s quite drinkable. I liked it. Can’t say why but I had a great time with ken chris and Leighton at the time. Soft in mouth. Pink grapefruit.

Clear light amber with fluffy head. Herbal, medium malty with roasted touch. Touch of grapefruit and pine. Starts lightly sweet but with a big bitter kick, bitter finish. Nice complex bitterness. Good stuff.

Bottle 330ml. @ home.Clear medium to dark orange colour with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, dried fruit, leather, moderate to heavy hoppy, fruity, citrus - orange. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, leather, dry, grass, fruity sweet, caramel, refreshing, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20131113]

Hazy golden colour with thin, lasting head. Very intense hoppy aroma with some citrus and floral notes. Fruity, hoppy, malty, bitter but balanced.

Hefig hopfiger Antrunk mit geringer Süße. Steigend blumig, hell würzig. Die Hopfennoten bleiben süßlich, etwas getreidig. Dann etwas karamellig, grasiger. Deutlich hopfiger und süffiger Ausklang. 9/10/11/12/11/11
