Amber coloured beer with a solid frothy collar. For the brewing process we use our own barley that is harvested in summer. The sugars that are released are converted into alcohol. The discrete bitter taste is obtained through three varieties of hops. After a yeasting stage of five days, the beer is set cold for four weeks. A ripening process of five days at 0 to 5°C allows the yeast to lower. Our beers are unfiltered, so that we can get the full taste. The beer has a flowery and fruity taste. Sweet and bitter are in balance.

Aroma of sweet malt, ripe fruits, some apples, yeast, some spices. Flavour is medium malty sweetness. Carbonation is on the high side, finish is dry. Interesting, not your typical Saison.

Tap ZBF, 2010: A decent Belgian ale with a slightly sour taste, must try this one on a later moment.

Corked bottle. Amber color. Light gusher. tangerine and yeast in the aroma. Fruity, slightly alcoholic, yeasty flavor. Short aftertaste. Prickly mouthfeel. Tangerine, vegetable notes. Interesting beer, but could be much better.
