7-2-7-4-14 Bottle, as Talas om Pilsner i Trysil, #179, two months before bbd. Pours hazy yellow, with a creamy head. Aroma is pilsner malts with bread crust, hay and heather, as well as zesty, herbal hops with notes of citrus. Medium body, with average carbonation. Flavour is herbal hops with notes of spices and grass, as well as malts with cereals, hay and heather. Lingering zesty finish with grainy minerals. Refreshing and quaffable!

500ml bottle, batch #43, bought at Gulating Ølutsalg, Tromsø. A misty yellow-gold body under a medium-sized pearl white head leaving spotty lacing on the glass. Moderate smell of grassy hops and bread-like malts. Taste of oily hops added by mid-sweet pale malts. Rounded ending, slightly bittersweet. Decent version of the style. (Tromsø 31.08.2018).

On tap at Flæsk og Humle. It pours a lightly hazy golden body under a finger thick, dense white head leaving lacing. The aroma is grassy and grainy with bready pale malts, pine cones and a touch of lime zest. It’s dry on the palate, medium bodied and nicely carbonated. There’s a nice bitterness in the flavor, with the hoppy flavors dominating. Bready pale malts as a backdrop. Decent bitterness in the finish too. Not bad for a pilsner style beer from a Norwegian micro brewery. 170728
