Bottle. Amber color. Cellar notes and hints of caramel and grass in the aroma. Malty sweet caramelly flavor. Toffee. Hints of grass. Way too sweet and moderately hopped. Porto in the finish. Oxidation has started?

Bottle brought by a friend, medium sample. Hazy orange color, medium frothy head. Aroma of caramel, bit cardboard, spicy yeast. Where’s the hop? Sweet in taste, bit spicy, slight bitter. Disgrace for IPA. And even for a belgian amber ale, this sucks.

Bottle @ weekly tasting shared with Dutchdrebus. Hazy dark orange color, medium sized off-white to beige head that diminishes fairly quickly. Smell and taste malts, a but fruity, jam, some hops and a bit sweet-bitter. Average body and carbonation. Meh.

Bottle @ benzai. Slightly hazy orange, small off-white head. Smells herbs, malts. Tastes malts, yeasty, dough, herbs. Medium body, okay carbo. Please don’t drink this as your first IPA and get turned off by the style.

Bottle shared thanks to Deanso. Pours murky light brown with a ring tan head. Not looking much like an IPA so far.. Aroma of floral hops, toffee, candy and sweet malt. Flavour is over moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with resinous notes in the palate. Medium bodied with very soft carbonation. Yep, a very strange IPA indeed..
