Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6.5

Slightly hazy light amber. Medium head. Aroma has a lot of lemongrass and really fruity hop - peaches and melons. Moderate bitterness and a dash of sweet, slightly biscuity malts, and slightly overripe fruity hops. Sweeter finish.

Tap, backlog fall 2015. Fine sparkling Amber, offwhite cream Very interesting aromatics: perfumed and tropical hops, green tea. Light papery malt, peach Melba, tropical finish. A fun one.

Draught middy size at The Royal Albert Hotel, Sydney, on October 11, 2015.Clear golden color, dense off-white head. Sweet, caramel, herbal, spicy, chili like fruity taste. Bitter aftertaste. Medium to smooth mouthfeel, medium bitterness. Herbal, fresh scent.
