American IPAs are known for their citrusy hop punch, but we cranked up the juice on this one! Brewed with grapefruit and a mysterious hop code named “Experimental Grapefruit”, this IPA is a serious citrus bomb. Lively and bright, bracingly bitter, and eminently refreshing, you’ll wish it grew on trees!

355ml can from Taylor's Gluten Free Beer Network. Gluten Free. Orangey amber gold colour, off-white foam head leaving lacing and aroma of grapefruity citrus, hoppy. Taste is malt caramel, citrusy, grapefruit, tangy, alittle pine and hop resiny bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry bitter finish. Quite drinkable, good for gluten free.

Pours deep amber into a shaker. White head with little retention recedes to nothing. Grapefruit pith aromas. Soft with sour caramel and bitter grapefruit front to back and into the lasting pith and peel finish.

On Tap Clear deep orange light amber with a thin off white head. Lots of citrus peel zest type of flavors and bitterness. Long lingering acidic pithy burn. Thats about it

Can from Main Market. Haxy, murky golden, frothy head fades fast. Aroma has hints of grapefruit, malty, earthy. Taste is citrus, dry, grassy hops, resin , bitter. Not one over the other, just a big mess.

Can from High Point, Vancouver
Light amber color. The can is 5 months old, the nose is not expressive, the flavour is heavy, grainy, typical of gluten-free beers, but quite good; the bitterness in the final is a bit vegetable, grapefruit peel.
Quite nice.

Small can at Alex's. 2017-09-15. Pours a bit hazy golden with a weak white head. Aroma is citrusy. Similar taste, quite crispy. Piney bitterness aftertaste. Good old-school IPA.

On tap at St. Augustine's, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma brings out earthy hops, light butter and toasted malt. Flavour is quite grainy and bitter, with earthy hops, bitter toasted grains and light butter. Somewhat sweet, but that's attenuated quickly by the harsh bitterness. I guess it's okay for gluten free, but this is nothing I want to drink.

Can - Caramel, grapefruit and peel. Clear gold with a frothy white head. Caramel bitterness and citrus peel with a long bitter finish. Caramel heavy but still decent.
