Draught @ Kaapse bierfestival. Murky brownish color, small off-white head. Aroma has malts and hops with a slight sweet touch. Taste lightly malts, hops, lightly bitter, only slightly fruity. Decent body and carbonation. Average.

Draft @ Kaapse festival. Aroma of herbs and yeast. Taste of coffee, rye, brown malt and caramalt. Not really a dipa, more like a brown ale.

Sampled draft @ “Kaapse Brouwers 1st Anniversary Beer Festival”. Ugly appearance, super murky brownish orange sludge + I saw samples with lots of greenish hop bits floating around in it. Nose is big on pine resin, cheesy hops, big bitter orange peel, somewhat watery, sugar, hugely messy,… Taste is bitter orange peel, watery, pine resin, cheesy hops, bitter herbal in the finish, very unbalanced & very messy,… Little in the way of carbonation & watery. Total mess of a beer but drinks like hop soup which keeps it from being unenjoyable because the hops are good even if this is a total mess.
