Sampler, clear pale gold color. Lightly sweet restrained ester with dry biter nonresin hops. Mild mix of fruit happiness. Flavor similar with even more restrained very light esters. Relatively clean finish. Pretty bitter and dry finish. A lighter more dry take on the style than I usually see.

On nitro cask at Elliott Bay Brewpub, pours a cloudy golden orange with a medium white head. Nose is a full-on Belgian hybrid, with Belgian yeast, and a bit of candied sugar mixed with floral hops and doughy malt. Flavour of Belgian yeast, lots of dough, and restrained floral hops - again, certainly tastes like a Belgian hybrid. Nice mouthfeel, no doubt aided by the nitro cask, leaving a lightly bitter and yeasty finish. Very enjoyable.

10th October 2008. Hazy gold beer. A little hoppy but not overwhelming. Crisp dry finish. Competant but not that exciting.

Cloudy light blonde-amber. Big berryish, lightly kumquaty fruit nose. Somewhat flat body but moderate bitterness. Very refreshing citrusy (calamansi, kumquat, grapefruit) hop character. The Belgian yeast works very well in concert with the American hops. Not half bad despite a little lack of carbonation.
