Draught at Mikkeller Bar, Copenhagen
Black color, impenetrable, with brownish head. Strong aroma of roasted and burnt malts, with a minor impression of cheese rinds. Good body strength, smooth and round mouthfeel; very strong flavor of roasted malt and coffee, with a limited sweetness that helps; strong bitterness, a good share of it from the roasted malts, that provide some acidity too.
Good, but also easy to forget in the crowd.

Draught Quite resistant small dark-beige head over black beer with a reddish shine. Intense coffee aroma, sweet coffee liqueur - like an Irish coffee with not enough whiskey. Sweet, but with a sharp roasted-bitter lining. Like something utterly burnt. Warming up, more hop notes. Medium bodied, long lasting burnt flavour. Not my favourite; seems a tad unbalanced.
