On June 21, 2015. At Postmark Brewing / Urban Winery, in Vancouver, British Columbia.Cloudy peach color, fruity, estery banana scent, fresh. Tart, light acidic, spicy, phenolic taste. Phenolic aftertaste. Medium to fizzy mouthfeel, tart bitterness at a medium high level.

On tap. Pours a pinkish amber with light head. Aromas of raspberries and light funk. Flavors of dusty raspberries, earthy wheat and citrus tartness. A good rendition of a fruit wheat beer but not my favorite.

Cute cloudy pinkish colour, like hello kitty beer. Aroma is raspberry essence, some musty yeastiness, and the palate is wheaty, with fresh acidity, balanced raspberry. Lemon maybe as bitterness.

On tap at Postmark, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out banana and clove - pretty standard smelling hef. Flavour brings out fruitiness, along with citrus, and the usual banana and clove. Quite well-balanced, with a nice citrus finish. Nothing special, but it's well-brewed. Seems I had a better batch than fiulijn. Decent stuff.

Draught at the brewery
Murky pink-orange color with compact but not persistent head. It has a light smell of manure; unfortunately this doesn’t come through in the same way as it does in English yeasty beers, or hoppy beers; trace of berry too. Dry mouthfeel; some wheat flavor, but also too much yeast; light lemon zest, that provides the characteristic lemon peel bitterness, and very light raspberries. Some astringency in the final.
Too yeasty, too dirty.
Also, in 2014 I’m not sure we need these beers; this is not classic, nor innovation.
