On tap. Pours a clear Amber with moderate head. Aromas of fruit gummies, green apples and tart lemons. Flavors are similar but sharper with additional sharp wheat notes. Somewhat simple - little depth but nice enough.

Good foamy head, clear yellow body, okay some fog and carbonation thar two. Odd sour aroma that’s like rotting fruit, some farts, attempt at citrus funkiness falls flat. Flavour is wheat beer with a vague fruit tartness. Apricot? Cain’t find it. Not a good one, needs a lot more tweaking to make right.

Draft @ Alibi. Hazy, pale. A bit dull. Smells like kettle sour and a bit of apricot. Fruity, more sweet at first with just light tartness in the finish. Apricot is prominent and well- balanced. A bit messy, but enjoyable nonetheless.

Draught at the brewery
Cloudy pale blond color with almost no head. The sourness is very mild, the mouthfeel is almost oily; both aroma and flavor carry that light nasty vegetable character typical of American Saison; very low bitterness.
Great expectations for this beer, got largely disappointed instead.

Draft - Light apricot and funk and buttery notes. Cloudy yellow gold with a small white head. Not sweet apricots, bit of funk and some odd vegetal notes in the finish. Not really sour at all, which wouldn’t be bad, but it is in the name.

On tap at Parallel 49, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Nose is quite astringent, with dry hopping, light funk, and light tart apricot. Flavour brings out lightly tart apricot with a very tiny touch of sweetness, medium acidity and a somewhat hoppy astringency on the finish. Not overly complex, but cohesive enough. Finishes dry and lightly acidic. Solid fruited sour, but could use some tweaking.
