Draft - Light vegetal notes and grains. Clear gold with a nice white head. Light bitterness, grain and cracker notes with a bitter finish. OK.

On June 20, 2015. At Powell Street Craft Brewery, in Vancouver, British Columbia.Hazy pale straw yellow color, white head with lacing. Spicy, yeasty, light bitter taste. Yeast, spicy aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel, medium to low bitterness. Spicy, yeasty scent.

At the brewery. Light amber, thin head. Sweetish, lightly dusty, mellow saison yeastiness. Quite drinkable, touch of continental hop.

Draught at Alibi Room, Vancouver
Blond color, clean. Dry and weak. Strong flavor of paper, plastic, other yeast byproducts, ending with some astringency and chicory bitterness.
Rather unpleasant.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Nose brings out citrusy Belgian yeast and light farmhouse funk. Flavour is much the same, with Belgian yeast and light funk. Dry, yeasty and quite complex. Nice stuff.
