Aroma is minimal brown sugar. Has a dark ruby copper with hints of bleach white head. Flavour is soft dry malt but no mention of anything else. Very dry finish. It has good maltiness but is missing uniqueness, another low effort by these guys.

355ml can. Pours a clear copper with a medium, creamy, long lasting, beige head that laces. Sweet aroma of caramel malt, bread and light fruit. Sweet flavour of caramel malt, fruit, bread and pine with a dry, bitter, hoppy finish. Medium body with an oily texture and average carbonation. Nice.

Draft at the Butcher and Bullock in Vancouver BC. Pours dark golden Amber with a huge beige head. Large tulip let it be very pretty. Large? Make that huge. A light fruit and malt aroma. Med body and quite lush. Flavor is malt with a leathery note and a good deal of pale stone fruit. Finishes decently bitter for me. Nice drink. I am probably really overrating this, but I am so up for a trip back to jolly old. This one just hit me where I’d like to live.

Light pine and some potpourri. A hint of citrus. Pretty good for style. Easy drinking. Amber pour with great head and lacing. Light bitter finish. Tap at brewery.

Dull amber, fruity spicy hop aroma, crackery, breadcrusty malts, good bitterness, not super innovative, but has a good basic ESB character with a pleasing bitterness. Bit husky

Brown, small white head.Vague malt nose. Diacetyl notes, carmel/butterscotch, medium hop finish. Quite "unblended". A disappointment for the first beer I have had from this brewery.

2016-01-21, draught at Red Racer Restaurant, Vancouver, 16oz, 7-4-6-2-12=31
The aroma is more fruity than I remember, it doesn’t present problems, but the final is a bit more earthy and harsh than I would prefer.

2014-03-01, draught at the brewery, 6-5-5-1-10
Hazy dark amber color with medium sized compact head. Strangely the aroma has some roastiness, cereals husks. Dry mouthfeel; it doesn’t have the malt profile of an ESB, instead the malts are almost roasted, papery and ashy (it reminds me of something called White Stout), with disturbing final bitterness, chicory character. Somewhere in the middle of that there was also a light fruity impression.
Another beer that needs a serious tune up.
