A delicately light body with a pale golden hue, this dry table saison is brewed with spelt and rye and then fermented with wild yeasts for notes of pepper and tropical fruits.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is light, with farmhouse notes and light cereal notes. Flavour is dry, with notes of cereal malt, Belgian yeast and a touch of residual candied sugar. Really well-balanced and quite flavourful for such low ABV. Very well-brewed.

Hazy light amber, with a bubbly head. The aroma is kind of a dull, footy yeastiness. On the palate, it’s a much brighter beer. Light brett notes and some orange blossom honey, light florals. Vague fruitiness. Has the farmhouse thing down. The malts have a light biscuity quality.

Rating April 30/17: 650 ml bottle. Pours a hazy yellow amber with light head. Aromas of peach,/nectarine, tropical fruit, and a little brett. Flavors follow came with candied lemon and wheaty malts. Much better. Original Rating Mar 14/15: Growler. Pours a hazy amber with moderate head. Aromas of sour wine vinegar and light toasted malts. Light flavors of wet malts, grass, and bitter herbs. Not my cup of tea. 6/4/4/3/10
