Bottle. Deep dark brown color. Cream, chocolate and caramel in the rich aroma. Thinnish. Malty sweet flavor with roast, caramel and chocolate. Coffee in the finish. Could be more intense.

Nearly opaque deep ruby brown colour, good two finger frothy tan head, good retention and lacing. Shy aroma of roasted malts, cocoa, dried dark fruits. Taste medium sweet and bitter, roasty, dark chocolate, light spicy notes. Mild bittersweet finish with chocolate notes lingering on, medium body, watery to creamy texture, soft to average carbonation. Bit on the thin side for a stout but all in all a decent one.

On tap at Winterbierfestival Enschede 2016. Dark brown to black with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, tan head. Faint, roasty-malty, slightly fruity aroma of dark chocolate, coffee and raisins. Sweetish, roasty-malty, slightly fruity taste of dark chocolate, some coffee and raisins, followed by a short, roasty, slightly bitter finish. Medium to full body, creamy to oily mouthfeel, flat. Very nice!

Glass shared at the Hague beer festival. Thin creamy tan head. Clear deep burgundy pour. A bit thin for a Stout.
