Fles gedeeld door TomHendriksen. Roodbruin helder bier met weinig schuim. Weinig aroma, ietsje caramelachtig. Smaak is fruitig caramelachtig en zoet. Beetje sprankelend in de mond. Nasmaak is iets bitter.

Fles gedeeld met Inoven. Het is een donker bruin/rode dubbel met weinig schuim, ook weinig geur. Het is wel lekker van smaak met een goede caremelsmaak.

Bottle shared by a friend, medium sample. Dark brown color, medium frothy head. Aroma of spicy yeast, bit chocolate, some biscuit. Slight sweet in taste, some roasty bitterness. Bit dry and spicy in the finish. Very decent abbey dubbel, easy drinkable. Good.

33cl bottle from ABCbeers. Thin creamy off white head. Hazy amber pour. A decent dubbel.

Draft at The Hague beer festival. Pours hazy brown with a cream head. Aroma of malt, dark fruits, veggies and caramel. Flavour is over moderate sweet and light bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Draught @ Nederlands Speciaalbier Festival Den Bosch 2014. Hazy dark red to brown color, full sized beige head. Smell and taste malts, dark fruits, raisins, a bit sweet, brown sugar. Average to medium body and carbonation. Hmm average at best.

Tap @ NSF14. Ruby red with a medium sized, creamy beige head. Smells brown sugar, malts, herbs and spices. Tastes sweet, brown sugar, malts, herbs and spices. Decent dubbel, not my style. Medoum body, soft carbo.
