In the beginning was a pilsener, the now famous and popular Warsteiner Premium Verum. This pilsener, brewed with top-quality ingredients and the particularly soft water from Warsteiner’s own Kaiserquelle, is also available in the non-alcoholic version Warsteiner Premium Fresh.

Buying this beer at one Gasoil shop, next to the Daimler Platz, going back at Esslingen, drinking it at night after a nice afternoon in the spa Bad Cannstadt. As usual, a good pils and pleasant one with this hot and pleasant weather, dry and smooth, hop.

Bottle at home. Clear yellow with nice head. A bit standard Pilsener, not exceptionally bitter but acceptable.

Bottle. Clear, gold with a medium to small head. Aroma was kind of skunky, which surprised me out of a brown bottle. Taste was the usual German pilsner, with grains, straw, hay and a bitter finish.
