Golden: Taybeh (tai-bey) in Arabic means “delicious.” Our Taybeh beer is hand-crafted in small batches in German traditional style using a top fermenting yeast and cold lagering. This process creates a distinctively flavored beer with a clean, crisp taste. Taybeh Golden Beer-brewed with only the finest natural ingredients: malted barley, hops, pure water, and yeast-is the fresh, flavorful alternative to imported beers.

Clear oily golden. Light grassy and citric hops, butter, dominant malt bill. Body is light and thin, only bitter with a very low carbonation. Chicoree. Okay.

Bottle pour at Osaka Beer Fes 2017. Cardboard nose with sugary malt and some hay. A bit stale and oxidized, creamy and sweet. Meh. 5/3/5/3/10

Bottle shared at the Cotteridge Convention 2015. Thanks! Pours clear, pale yellow with a foamy white head. Tangy lemon in the nose, light funk. Light sweet flavor with pleasant tangy citrus fruits, mellow woody dryness. Light bodied with average carbonation. Nicely funky and tangy to finish, with notes of lemon, wood and slight grass. Actually alright, although I imagine the infection is unintentional.

Bottle shared at the Cotteridge convention, 24/01/2015. Thanks to Steve for this one. Pale golden coloured pour with a loose white head. Aroma is spicy lemon citrus, faint straw, herbal hop. Flavour is harsh graint tanin, citrus, harsh out of balance bitterness. Palate is grainy and harsh on the tongue.

Bottle share. Cotteridge Beano. Clear gold. Thick, white head. Got some saison character to this. Can’t imagine it’s intended, but it rendered this one quite drinkable. Yeasty, and dry.
