Draught (backlog). Deep amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, some herbal and mild toffeeish and herbal notes. Also some mild metallic notes as it warms up a bit. Flavour is wheat, some mild toffee, alcohol and big time citrus.

(Draught at Oliver Twist, Stockholm) Hazy reddish brown colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, fruity nose with crisp-bread, citrus and orange peel. Malty, fruity taste with notes of rye bread, chocolate, banana and a generous citric bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Quite different with lots of hops for the style, but nice and tasty.

Draught @ OT. The hop profile reminds me of Bedarö Bitter with its superb sweet and sour citrus notes. Add some clove and banan from the yeast and you pretty much get the picture of this somewhat strange and untypical weizenbock.
