22 ounce bottle into tulip; no bottle dating, but it was from the most recent batch this year. Pours slightly hazy golden amber color with a nice 1-2 finger dense off white head with nice retention, that reduces to a fairly thick cap that lingers. Some nice lacing clings to the glass. Aromas of orange, herbal, light tropical fruit, caramel, biscuit, honey, grass, pine, earth, and yeast funkiness. Some pretty nice aromas, but the yeast flavors are masking some of the fruity hop character. Taste of orange, mango, grapefruit, honey, biscuit, herbal, pepper, clove, grass, pine, and yeast spices. Good amount of spicy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of citrus, pepper, herbal, pine, bread, and yeast spices on the finish for a good bit. Nice flavor balance of spicy Belgian qualities with citrus hoppiness. Medium carbonation and medium-full bodied; with a nice creamy and slightly slick mouthfeel. Very smooth to drink for 8.5%, but is still a sipper. Alcohol is very well hidden, with only a slight warming after the finish present. Overall this is a very nice Belgian IPA. Aromas were a bit off; but the flavor was nicely balanced with plenty of Belgian qualities and nice hop flavor.

Bottle @ home, from de Molen. Clear orange golden color, short creamy head. Aroma is soft spicy, some citrus, slight peppery from belgian yeast. Not very strong in its aroma, but very nicely balanced. Creamy and thick. Medium bitter taste, mostly dry and crisp with a citrus and peppery finish. Hardly a DIPA in feel, but a lovely marriage of belgian and american styled beer.

22 oz. bottle, pours a hazy golden orange with a white head. Aroma of Belgian yeast and spices, some tropical fruits and citrusy hops. Flavour is quite spicy and floral, with Belgian yeast and Belgian spices, considerable citrus hops and just enough caramel malt backing. Delicious.

Bomber from Charleston Beer Exchange. Pours hazy light amber with a 2 finger creamy off-white head. Aromas of citrus and yeast spice. Med body. Flavor is creamy citrus, spice and mild malt. It so suggests earthiness. It is so damn delicious with little flavors of spice and citrus, and maybe kandi.

Cloudy golden color; medium sized creamy head. The aroma has some Belgian yeast and some yellow fruits, and very light citrusy fruits; also a bit soapy. Round and strong body; malty sweet flavor, with a decent Belgian complexity and a powerful, but well blended, fruity hop. Powerful, good mix; Very good.

Bottle from Bier Koning. Hazy amber beer, tiny white head. Light palate, semi dry and slightly syrupy. Fresh hop nose. Nice fresh hops - piney with a touch of mint. Grapefruit and orange. The hops well balanced by sweet Belgian yeasty flavours. Finishes semi soft. Very drinkable.

Honey sweetness, seltzer like minerals. Sweet and slightly perfumed orange and pineapple. Light dry finish. Unusual and very nice.
